We are looking for 2 part-time porters for 3 small apartment communities!`
Duties:
- Responsible for the upkeep of property grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking
lots and Leasing Office-MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS-MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Restock supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a porter or in facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning practices
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills
