Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Field Operations Associate to work for one of our top global tech clients! In this customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for launching new clients, ensuring exceptional onsite experiences, troubleshooting operational issues, and acting as the face of the company throughout the customer journey.
Pay: $26-$28/hr. depending on experience
Location: New York, NY
Responsibilities
- Launch and onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth implementation experience
- Travel daily throughout your assigned market to customer locations
- Deliver exceptional onsite customer support and operational excellence
- Serve as the primary representative during customer launches and meal events
- Troubleshoot account setup, ordering issues, backup carts, and platform functionality
- Monitor quality and operational performance during customer launches
- Gather customer feedback and communicate trends, issues, and opportunities to internal stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and communication
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational processes
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Operations, Customer Success, Hospitality, Client Services, Restaurant Operations, Sales Support, or similar customer-facing roles
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Able to quickly learn new technology platforms and internal systems
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed
