PHYSICAL THERAPIST (FULL-TIME)
Busy Rheumatology group in Skokie, IL is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who will join a current full-time Physical Therapist and a part-time Occupational Therapist. We offer a four day work week Monday through Thursday - no nights or weekends!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent health care for our patients to achieve positive outcomes and engaging experience with our Physical Therapy Department
- Pelvic Floor Certification a plus
- Dry Needling Certification a plus
- Evaluate new patients, develop treatment plans and set goals.
- Use of EHR system for all notes and evaluations.
- Treat patients, answer any questions or concerns and education them on their progress and rehabilitation.
- Communicate with the provider regarding current status and review any concerns you may have regarding a patient.
- Supervise the part-time PT Tech when needed
- Determine when to discharge the patient, and make sure all notes are supported and proper documentation is complete
- Reach out to our postop patients to answer any questions regarding PT and schedule the Initial Exam.
Job Requirements:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy – Illinois Licensed
- At least one year of experience
- Dry Needling Certification a plus!

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
