Please have professional experience, a love for delivering top tier cleaning services, good attention to detail, a reliable vehicle, flexibility with schedule, roughly guaranteed 15 hours to 25 hours per week, sometimes more, up to 36 hours depending on how many new hires. The goal is to grow to 30 hours per week, 6 hours per day. If you are looking for a full 40 hour week consistently, that is not something we are looking to do, as we want to ensure a positive work/life balance for our team.
Training starts at 20 dollars per hour for the 1st 2 weeks, next probationary phase jumps to $22.50 for the first 60 days, and depending on experience/performance, attendance, punctuality, and ability to run a team will determine the raise, up to $26.50.

As the owner, I began this business straight out of a recovery home with a mission from the Lord, dollar tree supplies, and a ride from my momma. I personally started with not much, but gradually this business has grown to cleaning schools, restaurants, offices, empty units for realtors and property managers, and luxury homes on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Residential cleaning is our forte – specifically, luxury real estate. After the initial service we’ve graduated from cheap supplies to eco-friendly products.

But don’t get us wrong. While cleaning can be therapeutic, it can also be unappealing, so we have to make it fun! You might ask, how in the world do you make cleaning fun? Well, while we aren’t goofing around wasting valuable time, our teammates have a great sense of humor. We season our sessions with a bit of comedy, and we enjoy celebrating our team members and client’s birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
Our hours are 8:30am – 5pm (this is where flexibility can be applied), Monday through Friday, allowing our team a great work life balance. This is excellent for moms or dads who need their mornings to get the kids off to school, and back in time for pick up, or perhaps you need a supplemental income, or simply want to start and grow with a company. If you are interested in working nights and weekends, we have our Special Opps team as well, which services places of business.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitizing various areas of the house
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change bed linens and launder towels and other linens
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Assist with organizing and decluttering rooms as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided
Skills:
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Note: hotel housekeeping management, commercial cleaning, or related fields is a plus.
