At Murphy’s Roofing Supply, we believe that when you serve people well, everything else follows. Since 1977, that philosophy has guided our growth from a single roofing supply store into a best-in-class leading independent building materials distributor serving customers across Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
As a family-owned company and a division of the GW Murphy family of businesses, we are committed to providing exceptional service, developing leaders, and creating long-term opportunities for our employees. Our success has always been built on strong relationships, operational excellence, and a commitment to helping customers and communities succeed.
We are seeking an experience, sales-driven Branch Manager to lead daily operations at our Chicago retail location dealing with building products including roofing, siding, windows, etc. This is an opportunity for a driven leader who is passionate about developing people, delivering outstanding customer service, and building a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will embrace our values of integrity, accountability, trust, and service while driving branch growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This leadership role is responsible for growing branch-level sales, expanding market share, and overseeing people, processes, and performance across all operational areas – including customer service, inventory, facility management, and financial oversight. We are looking for a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and team-first mindset who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
If you are looking for a career where you can make a meaningful impact, develop future leaders, and help grow a company that values both people and performance, we invite you to join the Ray’s Roofing Supply team and be part of a legacy nearly five decades in the making.
