What We’re Looking For:
- Open availability and flexible scheduling
- Sales-forward mindset with strong customer service skills
- Friendly, social, and comfortable engaging with members
- Basic gym knowledge or experience (a plus!)
- ABC/IGNIGHT software experience (a plus!)
- Bilingual candidates – HUGE plus!
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs (to rerack weights and assist with gym upkeep)
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist members with enthusiasm
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
- Encourage member engagement through social media and online reviews
- Sign up new memberships and help members with account questions
- Keep the gym clean, organized, and welcoming
