How You Will Make an Impact:The Grill Cook position is responsible for ensuring quality and timely preparation of grilled and fried menu items based on our Aquarium Deli standards.
-
Grill, cook, and fry foods such as french fries, hamburgers, and assorted grill items.
-
Plan orders so that items served together are finished at the same time.
-
Responsible for station setup.
-
Perform food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, making soups or salads, and desserts.
-
Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on food in coolers.
-
Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
-
Perform general cleaning activities in the kitchen.
-
Work in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines.
What You Bring to the Table:-
2+ years of kitchen experience, preferably with some experience in a cafeteria (or similar) setting
-
1+ years of grilling/frying experience
-
Top notch communication skills
-
ServSafe certification a plus
