Position Overview
We are seeking a team-oriented Financial Advisor with at least three years of experience to join our collaborative environment and help manage an existing book of business. The ideal candidate will be fully licensed (Series 7, Series 66, and insurance) and passionate about working within a team to deliver strategic financial planning and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow advisors to manage and grow a shared book of business.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals.
- Participate in team meetings, client reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Stay current on market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a positive, client-focused team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial advising or wealth management.
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
- Insurance license preferred (Life, Health, etc.).
- CFP® designation is a plus — we offer sponsorship and support for candidates pursuing CFP® certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and manage client relationships.
