As Lead Field Service Technician, you provide hands-on field service while acting as the senior daily resource for Field Service Technicians, helping Distribution leadership keep routes, priorities, and service issues moving smoothly. Key responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day workflow and assignments, coaching and training technicians, troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment/service concerns, reinforcing safety and documentation standards, and escalating employee, patient, scheduling, or compliance issues to the appropriate Supervisor/Manager.
Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma/GED; prior DME/healthcare delivery/field service experience required
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record; meet federal CMV eligibility (minimum age 21)
- Demonstrated leadership or training experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude, safe equipment handling, and strong customer service
- Basic computer/mobile device skills; clear written and verbal communication
