We are hiring a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Estimator to represent our nationally recognized painting company. This role offers a guaranteed base salary for stability, combined with a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure that rewards top performers.
This is not a passive sales role. It’s for motivated professionals who love being in homes and businesses, building rapport, presenting solutions, and confidently closing deals. You’ll meet directly with homeowners and commercial clients to provide on-site consultations, develop detailed estimates, and demonstrate how our premium painting services can completely transform their spaces.
Your base provides a foundation — your hustle determines your income.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Networking
· Proactively identify and pursue Residential and Commercial opportunities: through Relationships, Referral Partners, Realtors & active networking.
· Develop strategies to self-generate opportunities in your territory. Utilize BNI, chamber of commerce, etc.
· Call, text, and email past clients and offer services.
Sales & Estimating
- Respond to inbound leads and schedule on-site estimates
- Build and maintain your pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners and property managers
- Assess project scope, take measurements, and determine labor/material requirements
- Utilize our proprietary estimating software and CRM.
Project Management
- Schedule and coordinate painting crews
- Order materials and ensure job readiness
- Conduct pre-job walkthroughs with customers and crews
- Monitor job progress, quality, and timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience:
- In-home sales, painting/coating sales, construction sales, real estate or estimating
- OR project management in painting, remodeling, or home services
- Highly Motivated and Organized. Capable of running your days without a lot of supervision.
- Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
- Elite Communicator who can Close Deals!
Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission UNCAPPED
- Top Reps make $100,000-$275,000 annually
