What You’ll Do
As a Brand Ambassador / Canvasser, you’ll help drive growth by generating leads and connecting homeowners with our solutions:
- Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
- Generate qualified leads for our in-home sales consultants
- Educate customers on Renewal by Andersen products and promotions
- Use company-provided tools (tablet/apps) to track leads and territory activity
- Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and positivity
- Collaborate with your manager to improve outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of customer service, retail, or sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to walk 3–5 miles daily and work outdoors
- Basic comfort using tablets/technology
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
