Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to the daily success of our practice, involving consistent interaction with patients and helping ensure they feel comfortable, cared for, and valued throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with patients to create a warm, welcoming environment
- Assist with patient preparation before, during, and after treatment
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry and word processing
- Support podiatric procedures and treatments (training provided)
- Assist with orthotic adjustments and dispensing
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture
Qualifications
- Prior experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Positive attitude and high energy in daily work
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without close supervision
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
