Job Summary
As a Field Zone Manager at FRFS, you’ll oversee vendor communication, source subcontractors, and support management on project timelines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include quality assurance, managing inquiries, and optimizing workload through software tools. Success in this role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach, along with prior sales experience, software proficiency, and a quiet, focused work-from-home environment.
Position Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Vendor Communication: Engage with vendors regarding timeline adherence, quality standards, and pricing negotiations.
- Subcontractor Sourcing: Identify and source local subcontractors to complete assigned projects within the territory.
- Management Support: Address management inquiries concerning billing, timelines, and report problem areas.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct photo reviews of completed jobs and maintain interaction with field representatives.
- Customer Satisfaction: Enhance satisfaction by adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about department-specific tasks and utilize internal software systems and Microsoft Office for workload management.
- Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Effective communication skills (both oral and written)
- Previous sales experience
