Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Consultant at White Plains Honda. The consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, consulting with clients on their automotive needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining communication with customers, analyzing their requirements, and delivering top-notch service in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
Qualifications
- Consulting, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Analytical Skills
- Experience in the automotive industry or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of automotive products and services
- Previous experience in sales or service consulting is a plus
- Honda/Acura Experience a Plus
- CDK Experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
