Fulfillment Team Member – Scrub Daddy (Cherry Hill, NJ)

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Member to join our Cherry Hill distribution center. In this role, you’ll process customer orders, prepare shipments, and play a crucial part in maintaining our standards for quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately build and organize pallets, ensuring orders are securely packed, labeled, and ready for shipment.
- Follow specific packing instructions and verify order accuracy and quality.
- Notify supervisors of any damaged items or quality issues.
- Count, document, and photograph pallets to record condition and dimensions.
- Safely operate pallet wrapping and material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Consistently follow all warehouse safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of order fulfillment or warehouse experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, shrink wrap machines).
- Familiarity with SAP, WMS, Monday.com, or Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to traverse the distribution warehouse and access various storage spaces, including stretching, squatting, and reaching.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.
