We are seeking a Client Coordinator who can bring warmth, organization, and initiative to our team. This role is more than a front desk position—it is the bridge that connects our clients to the care they need and the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring that every client is welcomed, supported, and guided through their Pelvic Health & Wellness experience.
We are a specialized pelvic floor therapy clinic and wellness collective dedicated to guiding people of all ages and genders with pelvic floor concerns toward greater confidence, resilience, and long-term relief. Our services include one-on-one physical therapy, patient education, community workshops, and whole-person wellness support—all offered in a calm, welcoming, and client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Scheduling
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Handle invoicing and payments.
- Respond to new client inquiries via phone call and manage intake paperwork.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, providers, and referral sources.
- Provide knowledgeable answers about services.
Clinic Operations
- Support therapists with daily operations and clinic flow.
- Ensure treatment rooms are organized and ready.
- Light cleaning and laundry (sheets, towels, pillow cases).
- Order clinic supplies (non-medical).
- Prepare folders, packets, and gift bags.
- Monitor automated email flows.
- Run reports, complete data entry, and assist with follow-up tasks.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Thank referral sources and send information packets to new provider partners.
- Prepare and send quarterly marketing materials.
Event Support
- Help prepare and coordinate workshops/events.
- Create, update, and distribute event email sequences.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday. 10:00 AM–6:30 PM. Friday 10:00AM - 4:30PM. No weekends or holidays.
- Compensation: $20-22 per hour.
