About Well Fair Care International
Well Fair Care International is a newly established behavioral health organization providing structured, client-centered mental health services. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while building a program rooted in consistency, organization, and collaboration.
As a growing program, we are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Peer Support Specialist who is motivated, organized, and committed to helping us build a strong and effective treatment environment from the ground up.
Position Overview
The Behavioral Health Technician / Peer Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily program operations and facilitating two structured client groups per day—one in the morning and one in the afternoon. This role requires someone who is comfortable leading groups, supporting clients therapeutically, and assisting with the overall structure of the program.
This position is ideal for someone with behavioral health and/or peer support experience who enjoys taking initiative, staying organized, and contributing to program development.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate two structured groups daily (morning and afternoon) following program guidelines
- Provide peer support and encouragement to clients in a therapeutic and professional manner
- Support clients in a respectful, culturally aware, and recovery-oriented environment
- Assist with daily program flow and group coordination
- Observe and document client behavior, participation, and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
- Support clinicians, case managers, and leadership as needed
- Help uphold a safe, structured, and supportive treatment environment
- Follow all confidentiality, safety, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare strongly preferred
- Peer Support Specialist certification REQUIRED
- Experience facilitating groups or peer-led groups REQUIRED
- BHT certification or related training preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations; experience with Native American communities or strong cultural competence preferred
- Computer savvy with ability to use electronic systems for documentation and communication
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Passion for helping clients and contributing to a quality behavioral health program
Schedule & Employment Type
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Ability to lead morning and afternoon groups required
- Full-Time (40 hours per week): Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Starting at $22.00/hour
