In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth within the insurance sector. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
- Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Perform sales administration tasks including documentation, reporting, and follow-ups on leads.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA), and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience in retail sales or outside sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on client needs.

- Must be able to successfully pass and obtain the Missouri Property & Casualty license and Missouri Life & Health license.
