Heath Family Brands is looking for SALES DRIVEN WINE SERVER! This is a commission based sales position with a base hourly rate.

Our self-motivated and sales focused servers at Heath Family Brands enjoy competitive compensation, with an average cash compensation exceeding $35 per hour.
Provide wine recommendations and educate guests about different varietals, wine clubs, and food pairings.
Pour and serve wine with precision and elegance.
Maintain a well-organized service space and ensure proper storage conditions.
Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Take wine orders accurately and efficiently.
Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
Research customer profile to help optimize tasting experience.
Present wine lists and describe HFB wines.
Open and decant wine bottles as needed.
Handle wine glasses and stemware with care.
Assist with table setup and arrangement.
Set up and break down dining areas.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining room.
Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional service.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong sales acumen and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and build relationships.
Must be able to lift up-to 50lbs
Stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work primarily outdoors, including during summer and winter.
A passion for customer service, with a dedication to going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, all while maintaining a
positive attitude and attention to detail.
Must be 18 years or older.
