About the Role

We are looking for a Full Time Surgery Scheduler to join our team
What You'll Do
-
Verifying patient eligibility and coverage
-
Scheduling surgeries, hospital procedures, and pre/post-op appointments

Discussing preoperative instructions with the patient, as directed by the physicians
-
Obtaining all requested medical clearances, preoperative testing, lab and EKG results as indicated
-
Additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Education:
-
High school diploma or GED certificate, college (Preferred)
Qualifications:
-
Ability to preform multiple and diverse tasks with frequent interruption
-
Working knowledge of medical insurances
Experience:
-
1 year experience with physician group practice preferred
-
EHR/EMR experience, NextGen preferred
-
Experience as an MA, LPN, or RN a plus

The pay range for this role is:
23 - 25 USD per hour(Los Gatos Clinic)
