Rhodes Physical Therapy is expanding into California! We’re thrilled to announce the acquisition of Rancho Del Mar Physical Therapy and are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Physical Therapist to join our family in Del Mar, CA.

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify patients’ physical therapy needs
- Design and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and functional movement training
- Track progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and long-term wellness strategies
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Stay current with orthopedic and sports medicine best practices
Who You Are
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in California
- Passionate about orthopedics, sports medicine, and active lifestyles
- Comfortable treating athletes, post-surgical, and general orthopedic patients
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Motivated, compassionate, and eager to grow
- Interested in leadership or future ownership opportunities
