Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning by contributing ideas for meal options that meet dietary needs and customer preferences.
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene and safety.
- Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, portioning, and plating to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and catering support for special events or large orders.
- Demonstrate strong knife skills and culinary techniques to enhance meal presentation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings with a focus on fine dining or catering.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices.
- Experience with kitchen operations including food service, food presentation, and kitchen equipment use.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Culinary experience that includes knife skills, food industry knowledge, and attention to detail.
