Service Advisor-Mercedes Benz of Washington, PA 15301
Mercedes Benz of Washington, PA is in search of an Experienced Service Advisor to serve as the face of our Service department.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with our clients. You'll be trained to become well-versed in our product offerings and inventory needs so you can handle the needs of the business and the customers who trust us. You'll be responsible for greeting vehicle owners, explaining the repair process, and providing assistance to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in person, to ensure that their needs are handled properly.
- Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
- Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
- Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by explaining necessary and/or suggested services and costs
- Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed
- Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
Qualifications:
- Prior dealership experience preferred
- Previous service advisor experience a plus
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers and coworkers
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Organizational and time management skills
