Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and personable Front of House Staff to create an elevated experience for our members at The Yard Gym Arvada. As a vital member of our team, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations across our CRM, check in system, social media, and sales. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. This position allows for growth within the studio should you want to get your foot in the door in the gym industry, and includes commissioned sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist in checking in
- Welcome trial members into the studio, giving them tours and having the ability to speak to our programming
- Full knowledge of MindBody systems, CRM, and POS
- Recording and posting content to social media pages
- Sales and follow up calls to trial members
Experience
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of online systems - MindBody Online and POS
