Responsibilities

- Manage case files and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with ICD-10 standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in hospital settings to coordinate care for clients.
- Facilitate diagnostic evaluations and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources and services.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work.
Qualifications
- A masters degree in Social Work or a related field is required; LMSW licensure required.
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy principles and practices.
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation of client diagnoses.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding in all client interactions.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards in social work practice.
