Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Schedule: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Rotating Schedule (84 Hours Biweekly)
Pay: $32.00/hour + $1.75/hour Night Shift Differential

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update care plans.
- Support residents and families with compassionate, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- New Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
- Active Pennsylvania RN License or temporary work permit (required at interview).
- BLS Certification (AHA Required).
- COVID-19 vaccination (required).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
- Long-term care or nursing home experience is a plus, but not required.
