Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly.

- Contribute to food safety management by monitoring storage temperatures, expiry dates, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable.
- Previous food service or restaurant experience demonstrating knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and food handling procedures.
- Skilled in culinary techniques such as knife skills, slicing methods, and recipe adherence.
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and team members.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace.
