Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain an efficient workflow in the pharmacy. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Armenian to better serve our diverse community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions
- Process prescription orders and manage inventory
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Communicate effectively with patients, including Armenian-speaking customers
- Handle insurance claims and resolve billing issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all pharmacy regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Active Pharmacy Technician license/certification (if required by state)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Armenian language skills preferred
