- Engage with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products—no cold calling required
- Build strong connections with customers while educating them on our premium window and door offerings
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience using a proven, value-driven approach
- Schedule in-home consultation appointments for our design specialists
- Meet and exceed performance goals related to quality, productivity, and conversions
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
- Results-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
