POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Chief Inspector and the Shop Manager, a technician will perform inspections, perform preventative maintenance, trouble shoot and replace parts on assigned battery or power supplies using methods, techniques and practices set forth by the aircraft or component manufacturer; Following the proper manufacturer’s maintenance manuals or other instructions for continued airworthiness while ensuring quality and compliance with AD’s or Service Bulletins. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Maintains shop, tools, and equipment in a neat and orderly manner.
- Inspects, repairs, and troubleshoots components as directed by the Shop Manager.
- Cleaning, disassembling, and doing maintenance of aircraft batteries, power supplies and misc. parts.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
- This job is labor intensive and requires standing, walking, kneeling, moving around the battery shop, and requires the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Possess and maintain a current DL in good standing in which state it is issued.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
