The Core HR Technology team is responsible for the systems that manage associate and contractor data across the firm. We are currently implementing a new HCM platform and modern technology stack, creating an exciting opportunity to help define the future of our HR technology ecosystem. As an Engineer III, you'll develop and support critical applications and integrations that power Core HR capabilities.
What You'll Do:-
Design, develop, test, and support software solutions that enable Core HR business processes.

Build and maintain integrations with Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise applications.

Develop and support Java-based applications and services.
-
Create and optimize SQL queries and data solutions.
-
Support and maintain AutoSys job scheduling processes.
-
Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
-
Partner with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Contribute to the implementation of our new HCM platform and evolving technology architecture.
What Experience You'll Need-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
-
5+ years of software engineering experience.
-
5+ years of Java development experience.
-
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
-
Strong SQL skills.
-
Experience with AutoSys.
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
What Could Set You Apart-
Experience with large-scale HCM implementations or migrations.

Experience with cloud technologies and system integrations.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Knowledge of HR business processes and data management.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
