Rob’s Auto Body is an independent collision repair shop—No DRP contracts. No corporate ownership. We don’t answer to insurance companies, and we don’t cut corners. We repair vehicles the right way and get paid for it. We're looking for a technician who takes pride in doing quality work and wants a long term home.
What We Offer:
- 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts). Every weekend is a 3-day weekend.
- Flat-rate pay. Top technicians earn $80,000-$150,000+.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years collision repair experience preferred.
- Can complete repairs from light hits to structural/frame work.
- Takes pride in quality and fixing vehicles right the first time.
- Communicates well with coworkers.
- Shows up every day ready to work.
- Looking for a long-term home, not another stop.
