Responsible for collaboration platform administration, governance, and operational support.
Required Skillset:
- Administer and support enterprise Microsoft Teams for chat, meetings, channels, and collaboration
- Configure Teams policies for messaging, meetings, guest access, federation, and governance
- Manage Teams lifecycle including team creation, permissions, channel structure, and archival
- Support voice and telephony capabilities including Teams Phone, call queues, Direct Routing, and SBC integration
- Troubleshoot audio/video quality, client issues, connectivity, and collaboration workflows
- Strong understanding of Teams integration with SharePoint, Exchange, and Entra identity services
