Are you an experienced, forward-thinking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to step into a prestigious leadership position that balances advanced clinical direction with operational mastery? We are actively expanding and seeking a dynamic Director of Behavioral Health Services (Center Director) to take the helm at our established therapy centers. In this central leadership role, you will transition away from a heavy direct-service schedule to become a true executive mentor—guiding other BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), shaping clinical strategy, and ensuring elite, evidence-based care delivery. By managing a small, highly select clinical caseload alongside your administrative responsibilities, you will stay firmly connected to patient outcomes while driving macroscopic center growth. If you are a collaborative communicator dedicated to empowering clinicians and supporting neurodiverse children and their families, we invite you to lead our expanding network!

Language Capabilities: Fluent bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.
Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent Executive Leadership Position.
Work Setting: 100% Center-based clinical and operational hub setting.
