We are seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team at Vivo Healthcare Wauchula in Wauchula, Florida. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account each resident's unique needs and goals

Monitor and report patient status, attending to changes in condition and alerting staff as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including documentation of patient care and medications administered
