AtWork Personnel is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. This role combines recruiting, customer service, and some business development. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of the branch.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Prospect new clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
- Schedule client appointments and develop business relationships
- Match qualified candidates with client openings
- Maintain detailed recruiting and sales activity records
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and employees
Qualifications:
- Recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business
- Organized, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Growth:
