Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Operate POS systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly.
- Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food handling stations.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
- Assist with food safety management practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Support team members through training, supervision, and motivating efforts to meet sales goals and uphold service excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Par Brinks is a plus.
- Strong skills in food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation protocols.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Experience in cashiering, bussing tables, or retail sales transactions is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
