We are an independently owned business specializing in wholesale sourdough breads and croissants. All of our products are crafted entirely by hand, and feature long, slow fermentation. We have won international awards for our breads and are featured in some of the best kitchens, coffee shops, stores, and farm stands in the Catskill region. We are active members in the Bread Bakers Guild and the NY Bakers' Chapter.
We are hiring for a baker to join our team! Your job duties would include operating the mixing station, where the bread starts its journey turning from flour and water into a dough. If you do not have experience, we are willing to train you in the art of sourdough bread production. Experience is a definite plus. A paid trail is required after a phone interview. Pay is commensurate with experience.
