Pool Service Technician
Neptune Pools is looking for talented, motivated, and driven individuals who are eager to engage in the swimming pool industry. This position will provide service and maintenance to swimming pools at residences, apartments/condominiums and neighborhood HOAs. Experience in the swimming pool business is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities (training provided, if needed):
- Repair pool equipment as needed.
- Assist with filling in on pool routes each week with regular pool maintenance, including: testing and maintaining water quality, adjusting pool chlorination, cleaning and backwashing filters, brushing and vacuuming pools, cleaning tiles, and other similar activities.
- Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot pump room equipment (i.e. pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing)
- Complete on-site system evaluations.
- Ability to balance and maintain total water chemistry
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management
Requirements:
- Pass a criminal background check
- Be able to pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (e.g. work in various weather conditions, lift heavy loads up to 80 pounds etc.)
- Ability to travel
- CPO certification would be considered an asset

- Experience with installing and maintaining equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
