The Melting Pot is seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-focused Busser to support our front-of-house team during weekend evening service. This role is essential to keeping the dining room running smoothly and ensuring our guests receive attentive, polished service throughout their experience.

Position Details:

Weekend evening shifts only: Friday–Sunday

Holiday availability is required

Base wage: $10/hour plus additional tip share
Physical & Activity Expectations:

Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
-
Ability to lift and carry trays, ice buckets, dish racks, and other service items
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dining room environment
Responsibilities Include:

Bussing and efficiently resetting tables
-
Refilling guest water glasses and assisting with beverage service
-
Maintaining clean and safe dining room floors
-
Assisting servers with table service, including drink refills and guest requests
-
Supporting overall dining room flow and guest satisfaction

Completing front-of-house cleaning and side work as assigned
No prior restaurant experience? No problem. We welcome young or first-time job applicants and are happy to train individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.

Skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time.

Lift Items weighing up to 25 lbs regularly

Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment.

Be able to stand/walk/move up to 5 consecutive hours
