In addition, Aesthetic Injectors are expected to:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans

Perform injectable and aesthetic medical treatments within scope of practice

Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and aftercare

Deliver safe, ethical, and results-driven aesthetic treatments with exceptional attention to detail

Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation

Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements

Monitor client outcomes and provide ongoing treatment recommendations

Manage and respond appropriately to treatment-related complications or adverse events

Collaborate with estheticians and support staff to provide comprehensive aesthetic care

Build long-term client relationships through trust, education, and exceptional results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; candidates must be actively pursuing, accepted into, or demonstrate a clear intention to pursue an advanced practice degree leading to eligibility for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Licensed and practicing Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD or DO) in Massachusetts preferred

Individual professional liability (malpractice) insurance required. Candidates must either maintain their active coverage or obtain coverage prior to their start date.

Minimum of 1-2 years of aesthetic background experience preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of facial anatomy, consultation techniques, and aesthetic treatment planning
Compensation Range: hourly rate + tiered, performance-based commission
