Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate production and fabrication projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery, ensuring all aspects align with client specifications, in-house procedures, and schedule requirements. Your expertise in Microsoft excel, project scheduling, and site experience will drive successful project outcomes. - Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and material requisitions using Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Oversee production activities, ensuring adherence to prints, timelines, and customer requirements.
- Monitor project progress through regular production floor visits and updates; adjust schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Review and interpret manufacturing drawings using; manage change orders and customer design changes efficiently.
- Manage project documentation including schedules, daily production reports, material receiving logs, and material purchase orders.
- Lead project meetings to facilitate communication among stakeholders; resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams. SharePoint is also helpful.
- Metal fabrication experience preferred.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability in project coordination within a fast-paced environment; strong leadership qualities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
