Duties
- deliver age-appropriate soccer drills, games, and activities that emphasize skill development and teamwork
- Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for children to learn and play
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently during activities, including first aid readiness when necessary
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching children, especially in soccer or related physical activities is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of child development principles and effective behavior management strategies
- Ability to engage children with enthusiasm while maintaining discipline and safety standards
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, directors, team members, and children effectively

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
