Soldier Readiness Processing Center (SRPC) Supervisor
The SRPC supervisor shall be on site every day during normal installation operating hours. Mission requirements may dictate extended hours to include weekends and holidays. The SRPC supervisor will oversee and facilitate the following:
- Management of personnel traffic throughout the facility.
- Provide support to SRPC staff in maintaining accountability of processing individuals.
- Coordinate and schedule enhanced readiness process and readiness checks for deployers, re-deployers. support in scheduling, coordinating and conducting briefings for Soldiers schedule to come through these facilities.
- Final review of in-processing/out-processing of Active, Reserve and National Guard component Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and DoD Civilians for the Soldier Resilience and Readiness Center and ensures that records are complete and accurate.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in the record and initiates action to obtain needed data.
- Ensure that all levels of legal, medical, and administrative review have been completed.
- Scanning of individuals out with their Common Access Card (CAC), updates tracker (MS Excel) as personnel CAC out (in real time, not periodically).
Scope:
This contract is tailored to meet the needs of Fort Bliss Mobilization in support of mobilizing/demobilizing RC units and AC/RC deployment(s) and redeployment(s). Additionally to provide Fort Bliss Garrison augmentation services that will minimize the number of mobilized Reserve Component (RC) units and Soldiers providing those not inherently governmental functions among the following task areas: Plans, Training, Mobilization, Human Resources, Material Management and Supply, Services, Equipment Readiness and Maintenance, Billeting and Facilities, and Information Management. This may require work outside normal duty hours including 24-hour operations, to include Federal Holidays, and shift work as defined by Fort Bliss Mobilization.
