Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Engineer, dedicated to ensuring optimal operational performance through proactive maintenance and technical expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment, systems, and machinery. Your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills will help minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and uphold safety standards across the facility.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, HVAC systems, electrical panels, and mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly and accurately.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, valves, or other appropriate methods.
- Manage maintenance records and work orders using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track repairs and schedule future maintenance tasks.
- Conduct field service activities including working at heights or in confined spaces with high voltage or low voltage electrical systems.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize equipment performance and implement improvements aligned with manufacturing goals.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to electrical codes, lockout/tagout procedures, and proper handling of high voltage systems.
Experience
- Experience working in preventative maintenance within the hotel industry.
- Knowledge of industrial safety protocols related to high-voltage systems and working at heights or in confined spaces.
