Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy, implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and support children in achieving meaningful developmental and behavioral goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and behavior management strategies.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data and session documentation.
- Monitor client progress and communicate observations to the supervising BCBA.
- Assist in modifying intervention strategies based on client progress and BCBA guidance.
- Teach and reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive environment that promotes client success.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral intervention techniques.
- Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient documentation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $26.68 - $32.13 per hour
