Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated Production Associates to join our team during the 2nd or 3rd shifts. In this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet quality standards while operating industrial equipment safely and efficiently. The pay range for this position is $16 - $25 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. What You'll Do:
- Must learn the safe and proper operation of area equipment.
- Perform set-up, start-up and changeover procedures for the equipment as needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation.
- Maintain downtime records during line operation.
- Responsible for conducting and documenting quality checks.
- Perform sanitation duties for production equipment as needed and period sanitation work as assigned.
- May be assigned to different areas and/or shifts as production requires.
- Must demonstrate leadership skills and behavior to work effectively in a team.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the manager, supervisor, or facilitator.

- Previous food industry experience preferred
