We're a busy and growing practice, dedicated to social change, and we're looking for an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT to join us. This is a W2 position that offers a hybrid in-office and remote working model, as well as flexible scheduling. Did we mention that full-time positions are salaried and come complete with health insurance benefits and PTO?
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client circumstances, provide individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Ability to connect with and retain clients, including kids and teens, couples and families
- Ability to provide services via telehealth in a private and secure setting
- Ability to travel to our office to meet with client's at least three days per week
- Timeliness, commitment to ethical practice, inclusivity, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
Qualifications:
- Licensure in the State of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist required.
- Have at least 2 years post graduate experience
- Preference given to those who have an active CAQH profile, NPI and/or PTAN number
- Have experience with EHRs
- Demonstrate excellent writing skills
