Bio-Kinetics is a growing organic food manufacturing company specializing in sprouted grains, seeds, and ingredients. We are looking for a dependable Production Team Member to join our team and help with daily food production, packaging, cleaning, and warehouse support.
Responsibilities
- Operating production and packaging equipment
- Weighing, blending, packaging, and labeling products
- Following food safety and quality procedures
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and production areas
- Completing basic production paperwork
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Assist with forklift operation to move materials within the manufacturing facility or warehouse as needed
- Support inventory management by loading, unloading, and storing raw materials and finished goods
- Supporting other production areas as needed
Qualifications
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Excellent teamwork skills and proactive communication abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and food safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 55 lbs as needed
Schedule
Monday–Friday (8:00-4:30). Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.50 per hour
