We are seeking a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Host to help create exceptional guest experiences at the Green River Grill & Bar, located wihtin the Lodge at Mammoth Cave, in the National Park. As the first point of contact for visitors, the Host plays a key role in welcoming guests, providing information about the park and lodge amenities, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.
Host Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide timely and excellent customer service
- Keep host stand and restaurant areas clean and organized
- Follow seating and table rotation guidelines
- Assist with bussing tables if needed
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change and reconcile paperwork
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
